Kirsten was born and raised in Manoa and attended Punahou School. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a BS in Environmental Science, minoring in Ethnic Studies, and a Master's of Public Administration degree in Non-Profit Management from Lewis and Clark College.

Kirsten has actively supported youth, education, the community and the environment throughout her career. She prides herself on high integrity and exceptional service. Kirsten ensures her clients receive the utmost care and confidentiality, honed from her years of relationship and health coaching.

Kirsten grew up swimming to the Mokuluas off Lanikai, and later was a student-athlete on the Cal Swim Team. She now resides in Hawaii Kai and continues to appreciate the ocean lifestyle and connection to nature that Hawaii uniquely offers.
